Watzle Pro is a subscription; you can cancel anytime. When you cancel, you are not charged for the next period and Pro features stay on until the end of the period you paid for. Unused time within a period is not refunded.
How to cancel
- Open the extension and go to Account › Subscription.
- Click Manage subscription; Paddle’s secure customer page opens.
- Choose Cancel subscription.
The cancellation is recorded immediately. At the end of the period your account moves to the free plan by itself; your contacts, lists and reports stay on your computer.
Refunds
When a subscription is cancelled, no partial or prorated refund is given for the rest of the period. You can try Watzle on the free plan, with no time limit, before you buy.
Under Paddle’s buyer terms, consumers may exercise a right of withdrawal by contacting Paddle within 14 days of their first purchase; Paddle reviews and decides on these requests.
If you believe you were charged by mistake or twice, write to [email protected] or use “Contact us” in the extension and we will look into it.
Changing plans
You can switch from monthly to yearly (or back) in “Manage subscription”. Paddle calculates any price difference.
Seller
Your orders are processed by our online reseller Paddle.com; Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. This policy applies together with Paddle’s buyer terms; your statutory rights under applicable law are not affected.
